CVUSD's Online One-Stop-Shot Available 24/7/365 for Students

Posted Date: 8/18/25 (3:00 PM)

Dear CVUSD Students,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! I can't begin to express how excited I am to have you share another year with us here in the Chino Valley Unified School District. CVUSD staff and I are not only committed to assisting you THRIVE inside and outside the classroom, but we are dedicated to ensuring you have a safe and positive learning environment.

As you embark on your third week of school, I would like to remind you of the digital One-Stop-Shop that was created with you specifically in mind. After all, you are our most valuable asset, and your overall well-being remains a top priority for all staff. The One-Stop-Shop is accessible from any CVUSD sponsored school and district website or your ClassLink twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.

Captured under the One-Stop-Shop, you will find valuable resources regarding four specific areas: Harassment and Bullying; Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Support; Suicide Prevention; and, WeTip Reporting.

Harassment and Bullying
The District recognizes the harmful effects of bullying on student learning and school attendance, and desires to provide a safe school environment that protects you from physical and emotional harm. Any student that has been a victim of, or witnessed bullying or harassment is highly encouraged to report the incident immediately to a school counselor, an administrator, staff member on campus, or via the Harassment and Bullying webpage. An electronic form in available online for students to submit a complaint. The submitted form is immediately routed to the appropriate staff to begin a thorough investigation and provide necessary support to the parties involved.

Social, Emotional, and Mental Health
CVUSD has provided valuable resources to support your social, emotional, and mental health. Not only can you connect with your school MTSS-B Program Counselor, but you can also explore various free programs available for your overall well-being.

Suicide Prevention
Don’t struggle in silence, we are here for you! If you, or someone you know is experiencing depression, social isolation, or needs assistance coping with a suicidal crisis or emotional distress, you can reach out to trusted providers ready to assist you. Through the Suicide Prevention webpage, you can access crisis hotlines that provide assistance 24/7/365, counseling services, case management resources, and upcoming suicide prevention events. Also, contacting the Suicide Prevention Lifeline has become easier. In addition to calling the national hotline at 1-800-273-TALK, callers can now dial 988 to reach valuable resources.

Anonymous Reporting
See something, say something! If you know or hear of anyone who has committed a crime or is engaged in suspicious or illegal activities, we strongly encourage you to report it through WeTip. Thanks to the valiant efforts of the Chino Valley USD Risk Management Department, a dedicated line was created during the 2022-2023 school year for the Chino Valley community to make anonymous reports that can be made 24/7/365. This devoted line remains open and will help to decrease reporting time so staff can work quickly to resolve concerns. Together, we can build a safer campus!
